Quality starts with a clear agreement and the right supplier.
As a trading company, we do not own farms, packing stations, factories or laboratories. Our role is to select suitable Egyptian suppliers, agree exactly what you need, and verify that what is shipped matches that agreement.
Supplier selection and coordination
We work with Egyptian growers, packers and processors chosen for the product, the volume and the requirements of your market. We communicate with them directly and make sure your requirements are understood before an order is confirmed.
Product specifications and quality requirements
Before an offer is confirmed, we agree a written specification with you: variety, grade, size, colour, moisture or other parameters where relevant, and the requirements of your destination market.
Inspection and quality verification
Depending on the order, we provide pre-shipment samples, photos and videos, and can arrange inspection by an independent inspection company at your request. The scope and cost of inspection are agreed in advance.
Packaging requirements
Packaging, net weights, palletising and labelling are agreed with you and prepared by the supplier or packer according to your market’s rules and your brand requirements, including private label where available.
Order preparation and coordination
We follow each order from confirmation through harvesting or production, grading, packing and loading, and keep you informed at each stage.
Customer-specific requirements
Every market and customer is different. Tell us your requirements, such as residue limits, supplier certifications, documents or packaging, and we will confirm what can be met before you order.
About certifications. Certifications such as GlobalG.A.P., ISO 22000 or HACCP are held by individual suppliers, not by Qantara Trade. We confirm them per supplier and per order on request.
